Our designs are handmade...
We have been as accurate as possible with the descriptions and specifications of our products. But please remember, the beauty of our products is that they are handmade, many from natural materials, so there may be variations in colour, finish and dimensions.
Refunds, exchanges and credits
All of our artisans understand that producing high quality products lies at the heart of a successful enterprise. We carefully check each product at four different stages before it reaches our valued customers.
If an item has slipped under our radar and is faulty or damaged, please report it to us within 7 days from the date received and we will organise a replacement item, issue you a full refund for the price you paid, or provide you with a credit for use at a later date. If you would like a replacement item, Khmer Creations will incur the postage and handling costs of the faulty product and the replacement item. Your return must be sent back to us first, within 14 days from the date that you received it.
Change of mind
We are confident that you will be delighted with the products you choose from Khmer Creations. However, should any item not fulfil your expectations please contact us within 7 days of receiving your purchase to organise an exchange or credit. Your return must be reported to us by email or phone first and then returned within 14 days from the date that you received it. The item must be in its original condition, (unused). Please allow 14 days for us to process your return. Postage and handling of products is not refundable and an additional delivery fee will be applied for all items exchanged due to a change of mind. Khmer Creations does not refund purchases unless the item is damaged.
Please note: Earrings cannot be exchange or refunded due to health and hygiene reasons, unless they are faulty or damaged.

If you have decided to return your purchase or if you have received a faulty item please contact as by email: email@example.com. Please tell us your name, product name, reason for return and request for a replacement, exchange or refund. Once you receive a reply from us, returns can be posted to:

Postage for returns
We pay postage if there was a mistake on our part or goods are damaged. You pay postage if goods are in their original condition but you’ve changed your mind.
